이샘 - 전보경 - 진나래

ETC는 세 작가가 공동설립한 예술가 그룹으로 사회구조안에서의 회사 조직을 패러디하고 있지만 일반 회사와 같은 수직적이고 위계적인 지위관계를 가지고 있지 않습니다.

기획단계에서 자유롭게 의견을 모아서 리서치를 함께 진행하며, 프로젝트가 발전됨에 따라 자신이 관심이 있는 부분을 맡아 진행시키고 토론을 통해 의견을 주고받음으로써 프로젝트를 완성시킵니다.


Organizational Structure

Saem Lee - Bokyung Jun - Narae Jin

ETC, referred to as an artist group co-founded by three artists, follows an organizational system in the social structure, but does not appear to have hierarchical relationships unlike general organizations. In a planning stage, ETC conducts research by gathering opinions freely together. As a project develops, each person takes one’s own interesting part. Then the project is finally completed by giving and receiving feedback through discussion.
